INSTRUCTIONS
Alcohol Permit: An alcohol permit (or event permit) is required only if alcohol is sold or if the event is open to the public. If the client wishes to allow alcohol consumption outdoors, in the courtyard, a second permit is required, and the client must cover the cost of hiring a security guard.
Services offered: Guided tours and reception services. Visitors may access the eBeam with their own equipment, if needed. Items may be purchased on-site at the museum shop. Catering services are not included. However, we will coordinate logistics (setting up equipment at the venue) with the catering providers.
Pricing:
150$/hour+tx
The minimum charge is $450* for 3 hours.
